What we collect
When you create an account, we collect your email address and password. When you list an item, we store what you enter about it. When you contact a seller, we store your message and share your email with that seller so they can reply directly — your email is not shown publicly on the listing.
Page views
We log the path and timestamp of pages visited on Stoxsi, so we can see which listings and searches get attention. We don't log your IP address, browser details, or any session identifier alongside that — it's aggregate traffic data, not a record tied to you individually.
Cookies
Stoxsi uses only strictly necessary cookies: to keep you signed in and to keep the site secure. We don't use tracking or advertising cookies, and we don't sell your data to advertisers.
We send account-related email — confirmation, password reset, inquiry notifications, and listing freshness reminders. We don't send marketing email you haven't asked for.
Who sees your data
Your listing details are public to anyone browsing Stoxsi. Your email address is only shared with a seller when you contact them, or with a buyer when they contact you about your listing. We don't sell or rent your personal data to third parties.
Referrals
If you sign up using another seller's invite link, we record that connection (who referred whom) so we can recognize sellers who help grow the marketplace.
Data retention and deletion
We keep your account and listing data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion of your account and associated data, email us at the address below.
