Stoxsi

Trust & Safety

Stoxsi connects buyers and sellers directly — here's what that means for how you should approach a deal.

What "Verified seller" means

A ✓ Verified seller badge means someone on the Stoxsi team has manually confirmed that seller's identity before the badge appeared on their listings. It's not automated, and it isn't a guarantee of the condition, authenticity, or availability of any specific item they list — it's a check on who they are, not what they're selling.

What Stoxsi is — and isn't

Stoxsi is a listings marketplace. We don't process payments, hold inventory, provide escrow, or arrange shipping. Once a buyer and seller connect through a listing, the transaction itself happens directly between them, the same as if they'd found each other any other way. That gives you flexibility in how you pay and ship — it also means you should bring the same care you would to any deal with a new business contact.

Before you pay

Keeping your own listings trustworthy

Keep part numbers, quantities, and condition accurate, and confirm a listing with the on-page button when it's still available — buyers trust listings more when they can see they're actively maintained. Responding to inquiries promptly (and marking them handled in My Messages) keeps your response record a reliable signal for buyers deciding who to deal with.

Reporting a problem

If something went wrong in a specific conversation — fraud, a misrepresented item, an unresponsive buyer or seller after payment was arranged, or abusive messages — open that conversation under My Messages and use "Report a problem with this conversation" at the bottom. That ties your report directly to the conversation in question, so our team has the full context already. For anything else, email us at [email protected]. Either way, we review every report and can remove listings or suspend accounts that violate our Terms of Service.
