What Stoxsi is

Stoxsi is a listings marketplace that connects sellers of surplus industrial automation parts with potential buyers. We provide the platform for listing parts and for buyers and sellers to contact each other. Stoxsi is not a party to any sale — we don't process payments, hold inventory, handle shipping, or guarantee the condition, accuracy, or availability of any listing.

Accounts

You need an account to list items, contact a seller, or manage inquiries. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. One account per person or business.

Listings

Sellers are responsible for the accuracy of their own listings — part numbers, quantities, pricing, and condition. Listings must be for real, available inventory. We may remove a listing or suspend an account for inaccurate, misleading, fraudulent, or prohibited content at our discretion.

Transactions

Any sale arranged through Stoxsi is a transaction directly between the buyer and seller. Stoxsi does not guarantee delivery, payment, quality, or that a transaction will be completed, and is not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers.

Verified seller badge

A "Verified seller" badge indicates the Stoxsi team has manually confirmed that seller's identity. It is not a guarantee of the quality, condition, or authenticity of any item they list.

Prohibited use

Don't use Stoxsi to list stolen, counterfeit, or misrepresented goods; to scrape or abuse the platform; to harass other users; or to attempt to circumvent account or access restrictions.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

Stoxsi is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stoxsi is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or from any transaction between users.

Changes

We may update these terms as Stoxsi evolves. Continued use of the platform after a change means you accept the updated terms.
